<strong><br />
Definition:</strong><br />
The<a href="http://www.zjufarm.com/"> wound </a>is a loss of soft tissue integrity. They are produced by external agents such as a knife or internal agents like a broken bone.</p>
<p><strong>Skin Structure:</strong><br />
The <strong>skin covers</strong> almost the entire body surface. It is characterized by elastic and regenerates itself, is almost completely permeable. It has functions external protection, sensory, thermoregulatory and secretion.</p>
<p><strong>Skin layers</strong><br />
1. Epidermis is the outermost layer of the skin, scaly layer. It is the layer who first committed when exposure to the sun or with minor injuries loss of continuity of the skin.<br />
2. Dermis, the layer is composed of connective tissue and is affected when there deeper wounds, containing in its structure and blood vessels node, bleeding and blistering occur, as well as greater sensitivity  by the presence of nerve endings. For those injured when the dermis is Pain.</p>
