Definition
Carbon monoxide is a toxic gas produced when carbon fuels (gasoline, coal and oil) are burned incompletely. As these fuels are used to operate machinery, cars and heat homes, carbon monoxide released during combustion is a constant danger. Moreover, this gas is odorless and the first effects of inhalation are subtle, which can cause serious damage before the victim realizes.

Causes

* Fumes are inhaled chemicals to remove paint. These chemicals containing methylene chloride, which the body converts to carbon monoxide
